Duration: Permanent/full-time employment

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

Hours/Week: 40 hours

Employment Type: W-2 Employee

Licenses/Certifications: Active Washington state license (preferred), BLS certification required

Experience: Successful completion of a master's or doctorate degree in audiology with clinic practicum experience

Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Note: pay package discussed upon application)

What You'll Do:

• Conduct diagnostic hearing assessments, including pure tone air and bone conduction, speech audiometry, and impedance testing
• Interpret test results and advise patients and physicians on next steps
• Make recommendations for medical follow-up, hearing aid solutions, and ear protection
• Evaluate and fit hearing aids, providing detailed instructions on operation and maintenance
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot hearing aids purchased through the office
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care

What You Need:

• Active Washington state audiology license (preferred)
• Master's or doctorate degree in audiology with clinic practicum (AuD preferred)
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
• Ability to interpret test results and make appropriate recommendations
