Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance Boston, MA, United States Job Description Group exercise instructors inspire, motivate, and create and deliver effective and safe group exercise classes in a professional and friendly atmosphere for class participants with varying fitness levels. Openings include general group exercise and fitness classes, as well as specialty class formats (i.e., indoor cycle, cardio dance, strength/conditioning). Responsibilities Deliver group exercise and indoor cycling classes, maintain safety protocols, assess participant fitness levels, adjust class intensity appropriately, and provide a positive, inclusive environment for all attendees. Required Skills Accredited group exercise/fitness instructor certification (e.g., AFAA, ACE, ACSM, Schwinn) Group exercise instruction experience Demonstrated ability to teach in a group setting by passing an audition Adult CPR & AED certification Position Type Part‑Time Salary Based on experience. Salary Range: $25‑30 per hour, $2,600 – $4,700 per year.
