Senior Assistant Store Manager

Compensation Hourly rate ranges from $19.00 - $19.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures. Qualifications Prior retail and/or management experience is required. Working Conditions This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. Physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
