Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in the industrial, healthcare, and consumer electronics sectors across the Americas. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business plans, foster strategic partnerships, and capitalize on market insights to achieve significant growth in market share. The ideal candidate will bring valuable industry knowledge acquired from previous roles and excel in collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional and cross-regional teams. Responsibilities Develop Business Strategies: Create and execute business plans to drive order growth and increase market share in assigned industrial, healthcare, and consumer electronics segments. Forge Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with external companies to enhance our ecosystem business within targeted segments. Market Analysis and Strategic Direction: Utilize deep customer insights to identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand business across the Americas region. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders (customers, partners) to drive collaboration and achieve business objectives. Alignment with Sales Objectives: Collaborate closely with the sales team to align business development strategies with field objectives and sales targets. Provide support and guidance to ensure cohesive execution of business plans. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for the client within the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred. Proven track record in business development or sales. Strong industry knowledge acquired through previous roles is essential. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, working effectively in cross-functional and cross-regional teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
