Job Title: Technical Support Analyst II (Audio-Visual) Location: Houston, TX (800 Capitol St, Houston, TX 77002) Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Employment Type: Contract (W2) Duration: 6+ Months Domain: Information Technology | Audio-Visual Support | End User Support Pay Rate: Up to $45/hr on W2 Application Deadline: 27th July, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED 1+ year of Audio-Visual (AV) technical support experience 1+ year of technical end-user support Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms Knowledge of Crestron, Poly/Polycom, Logitech, and Neat AV solutions AV hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting Conference room and meeting support Microsoft Intune knowledge (preferred) AppSpace digital signage experience (nice to have) Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, connectivity, switching) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work under conference room tables POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst II (Audio-Visual) to provide onsite support for enterprise conference room technologies and meeting environments. This role focuses on maintaining audio-visual systems, supporting end users during meetings, proactively monitoring conference room health, and troubleshooting AV hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically proficient, and passionate about delivering exceptional end-user support. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide day-to-day support for conference room audio-visual systems. Troubleshoot and resolve AV hardware and software issues. Support Microsoft Teams Rooms and other conferencing technologies. Assist users with meeting scheduling, setup, and live meeting support. Monitor the health of Microsoft Intune, Crestron, Logitech, Poly, Neat, and AppSpace platforms. Perform daily walkthroughs to identify and resolve AV system issues proactively. Run health reports and perform preventive maintenance on conference room equipment. Install, configure, and maintain AV hardware. Train end users on conference room technologies and best practices. Collaborate with vendors, digital teams, sourcing teams, and internal stakeholders. Research and evaluate new AV technologies and production systems. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system changes. Perform physical installation work, including lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and working under conference room tables when required.
