Team Manager

Are you a driven professional with a passion for leadership and operational excellence? Procopio is seeking a Team Manager to oversee the daily operations of a practice team. This role is critical to ensuring seamless workflow, maintaining high-quality service standards, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

As the Team Manager, you'll:

• Lead a team of administrative professionals and paralegals, ensuring tasks are efficiently allocated and completed to high standards.
• Collaborate with partners to optimize operations, improve attorney satisfaction, and streamline workflows.
• Monitor financial performance, including billable hours and collections, to support practice profitability.
• Oversee team productivity metrics and staffing needs, ensuring balanced workloads and effective utilization.
• Mentor and develop team members through training, feedback, and career growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Skills:

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of legal processes, billable time, filings, and document management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management tools like Intapp.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Management, or related field, plus a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of legal administrative experience, including 5+ years in people management.
• Proven experience in operations or practice management in a professional services environment.

Procopio offers generous total compensation packages. Typical pay range is from $130,000 - $150,000+ depending on experience. If your pay expectation is outside this range, we still encourage you to apply. Bonuses are awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance.
