Retail Store Manager

Qualifications 1.Previous retail store management experience is required; experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Sales Supervisor, or Retail Operations Manager is preferred. 2.Experience in E-bikes, bicycles, motorcycles, outdoor sporting goods, automotive/powersports, consumer electronics, or related retail industries is preferred. 3.Strong sales ability with a proven track record of driving sales and leading a team to meet targets. 4.Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to handle customer needs and issues professionally. 5.Strong team management skills, including training, coaching, motivating, and supervising retail staff. 6.Basic knowledge of inventory management, retail operations, and performance reporting. 7.Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and execution ability; comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing company environment. 8.Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedules based on store needs. Preferred Qualifications 1.Familiarity with E-bikes, low-speed electric vehicles, outdoor mobility products, or the local retail market. 2.Experience with new store openings, store setup, team hiring, or building store operations from the ground up. 3.Experience organizing local community events, offline promotions, or test-ride activities.

1. Manage daily retail store operations, including staff scheduling, sales performance, inventory control, product display, customer service, and after-sales coordination.
2. Lead the store team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, while improving store revenue, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction.
3. Develop strong product knowledge of the company’s E-bike and smart mobility products, and clearly explain product features, use cases, pricing advantages, and service policies to customers.
4. Train and manage store employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service procedures, and store operation standards.
5. Maintain a professional store image, ensuring product displays, test-ride experience, marketing materials, and the store environment meet company standards.
6. Collect customer feedback, competitor information, and local market insights, and regularly report store performance and market updates to the company.
7. Coordinate online and offline sales resources, and support promotional campaigns, community events, test-ride events, and local marketing activities.
8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns/exchanges, and basic after-sales issues to ensure a professional and efficient customer experience.
9. Oversee store safety, equipment maintenance, and basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth and compliant store operations.
