Build and refine Revit models, drawing sets, diagrams, and presentation materials for active project teams. Translate program needs, site conditions, and stakeholder priorities into practical, visually compelling design responses. Partner with architects, consultants, and internal disciplines to resolve design and documentation questions. Support project quality by reviewing work for coordination, clarity, and consistency before key deliverables are issued. Participate in construction phase activities, helping address field questions and maintain alignment with the approved design. Contribute ideas in critiques and working sessions while incorporating feedback from more experienced design leaders. Manage assigned tasks and deadlines across multiple project phases in a collaborative hybrid studio environment. Skill Set: Bachelor’s degree in architecture is required for consideration. Bring 3 to 6 or more years of professional architectural experience, with exposure to multiple phases of project delivery. Present a portfolio that demonstrates design judgment, creativity, and the ability to communicate architectural ideas visually. Use Revit confidently, backed by at least two years of academic or professional experience with the platform. Advanced Revit knowledge is a plus. Understand core architectural documentation practices and how design decisions progress toward construction. Communicate clearly with teammates and project partners, both visually and verbally. Bring curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative approach to design problem solving. Familiarity with sustainable design concepts or credentials such as LEED or WELL is valued. #J-18808-Ljbffr
