What You Can Expect

If you're newer to real estate, you'll receive practical coaching-not just a script. Every weekday morning, we meet on Zoom for Power-Up , an informal working session focused on what's happening in your business right now. Bring your coffee, skip the dress code, and come ready to learn. Your first cold call may not go perfectly. That's okay-we'll help you evaluate it and improve your approach the next day.

If you're an experienced agent who's tired of working alone without the systems needed to grow, you'll quickly see the difference. You'll have direct access to a broker who built her business from the ground up and is willing to share exactly how she did it. You'll also have the support of the complete PLACE ecosystem , including:

• CRM and lead generation
• Transaction management
• Marketing
• Finance
• Human resources
• Legal support
• Recruiting

These are tools and resources that could cost tens of thousands of dollars to develop independently-but they're already in place and working for our team.

We're not looking to simply fill a desk. We're intentionally growing by approximately two agents per month, with meaningful infrastructure being developed to support that growth.

What We're Looking For

• A licensed real estate agent in Minnesota or Wisconsin-or someone willing to become licensed
• Grit, initiative, and a willingness to accept coaching
• Someone committed to building a real estate business, not just closing occasional transactions

What We're Not Looking For

This is not a place to hang your license and work without accountability. If you're seeking a low-engagement environment, this team may not be the right fit.

We make no promises regarding income or production. We provide the leadership, systems, and tools; what you accomplish with them is up to you.

Responsibilities

• Consistency is Key - Even on tough days, showing up matters. Success doesn't come from skipping daily tasks; it's built through consistent effort and being present for the team.
• Lead Generation Mastery - Business won't fall into your lap. You'll use proven scripts and tools to generate leads. If making calls isn't your thing, this isn't the right fit.
• Guiding Clients with Care - You'll work with buyers who may be undecided but need guidance. Patience, expertise, and diligent follow-ups are essential to help them find their perfect home.
• Confident Negotiator - Writing offers and negotiating deals is where you shine. This role requires confidence and the ability to handle challenges with skill and professionalism.
• Active Team Participation - Being part of a team means engaging in Power Up calls, script practice, and client events. Accountability is key, and we expect you to show up, support the team, and contribute.
• Track tasks and progress with PLACE Technology.
  We've got a killer CRM, and we expect you to use it. Tracking your calls, appointments, and tasks is non-negotiable.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Active Real Estate License in MN or WI
• Self-Motivated and Hardworking - If you're waiting for someone to hand you success or you're tired of putting in the effort, this role isn't for you.
