The Center for Disability Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Resident Counselor in Troy, NY to provide support and assistance to individuals in their daily lives. This role focuses on promoting independence and implementing personalized care plans for those we support. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, a passion for helping others, and the flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
