Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Type: Temporary (potential for full-time hire)

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing cycle: sourcing, quotes, POs, tracking, and issue resolution
• Build vendor relationships; negotiate pricing and lead times
• Monitor inventory and expedite orders to prevent disruptions
• Maintain accurate data in Fishbowl, Shopify, and GS1
• Analyze purchasing data to reduce costs
• Partner with Accounting on invoices and payments
• Support vendor onboarding and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of purchasing/procurement experience
• Strong negotiation, organization, and communication skills
• Inventory management knowledge; ERP experience preferred
• Familiarity with BOMs, work orders, and supply chain logistics a plus
• Detail-oriented; able to lift up to 40 lbs and work onsite in a warehouse
