The Mount Sinai Health System is currently seeking a full-time Urologist to join Mount Sinai Doctors Staten Island located at 1441 South Avenue, Staten Island, NY. This multi‑specialty practice offers comprehensive outpatient care with a multidisciplinary support team, including medical assistants.

The selected candidate will provide general Urological services, including office‑based procedures. The role involves 80% office time and 20% hospital time, with a call schedule of 1 in 5 or 6. EMR implementation is planned with Epic. Responsibilities

• Serve a residential population; live in a neighborhood with strong school districts.
• 80% outpatient office and 20% hospital involvement.
• Support staff includes medical assistants and anesthesiologists providing RN during procedures.
• Call schedule example: 1 in 5 or 6.
• Use of EMR: Epic (planned implementation).
• No teaching, research, or administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree from an accredited university.
• New York medical license.
• Board eligible or board certified in Urology.

Compensation range: $450 000 – $600 000 (excluding bonuses, incentive compensation, and benefits).
