Job Overview Join Residential Home Health and Hospice as a Hospice Float RN in Royal Oak, MI. The role supports patients in Royal Oak and surrounding areas, collaborating with a team-based environment to manage and deliver patient care plans. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate patient care plans for hospice patients. Collaborate with hospice team members to ensure timely and appropriate care. Maintain accurate and timely charting within the required critical deadlines. Travel up to ~20% of your day to patient locations. Utilize tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software to manage patient information. Qualifications RN license in the state of employment. Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing. Minimum of two years of RN experience, with hospice experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to patient locations. Strong time‑management and self‑management skills.
