Material Handler II

Prestige Personnel, LLC is supporting a major medical device and sterilization solutions provider in Richmond, CA.

We're hiring several Material Handler II team members to support warehouse operations through accurate receiving, movement, tracking, storage, and shipment of products. This role requires strong attention to detail, safe work practices, and the ability to work in a fast‐paced environment. While these positions are currently temporary, there may be opportunities for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

The Material Handler II is responsible for the safe receiving, inspection, movement, tracking, storage, and shipment of custom-made servers and components. Reviews product and process documents and instructions and ensures accurate processing. May perform the duties of other Material
Handlers and Team Lead where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, label, store, and move materials safely
• Pick, pull, and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation
• Enter and retrieve data using an MRP/ERP system
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
• Follow all safety, ISO, GMP, and Lean guidelines
• Assist with training other team members as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Picking, pulling, and receiving
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Experience with basic data entry and information gathering
• Standard schedule is Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required periodically based on workload and business demands.
• Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• The schedule includes a 30-minute lunch break.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Prior manufacturing experience is desirable
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• High School diploma or GED required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Pay range: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
