Lean Operations Manager

Wabash Inc

Wabash is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the shop floor operations, drive Lean improvements, and manage budgets. You will coach staff, coordinate with sales and customers, and implement systems to improve quality and efficiency. The role requires 5–8 years of manufacturing leadership, a Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering, and strong analytical and communication skills.
