Compensation & Benefits \n
\n

\n
• Base salary: $285,000
\n
• Up to 15% annual performance bonus
\n
• $3,000 quarterly leadership stipend for each Pharmacist and Physician Assistant supervised
\n
• 5 weeks (200 hours) PTO
\n
• $3,000 CME allowance plus 5 CME days
\n
• Additional $1,000 for licensure and professional memberships
\n
• HRSA Student Loan Repayment eligibility

Position Highlights \n

• 50% clinical care / 50% leadership responsibilities

• Monday–Friday schedule
\n
• Reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer
\n
• Average of 2.6 patients per clinical hour
\n
• Athena EMR system-wide
\n
• Position created due to continued organizational growth
\n
• Responsibilities include providing comprehensive primary care, supervising a team of 4 Physicians, 7 Nurse Practitioners, and 2 Physician Assistants , supporting clinical operations, coordinating provider schedules, monitoring productivity, and collaborating with leadership on workflow improvements and practice growth. Shared call schedule averages 1–4 times per month , with nurse triage handling first-call responsibilities.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Primary care physician interested in a leadership role as Assistant Medical Director

• Eligible for a New Mexico medical license
