Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Part-Time and/or PRN Location: Colonial Nursing and Rehab – Crown Point, IN Schedule: Part-Time and/or PRN Colonial Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Crown Point, IN. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a skilled clinician who enjoys helping residents improve their functional abilities, independence, and quality of life through individualized, patient-centered care.
