Customer Service Specialist

Supporting one of the world's leading automotive brands, the remote Michigan Licensed Customer Service Representative will manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with after-sales concerns, and document interactions accurately while working in a structured contact center environment. Key responsibilities Provide timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels including phone, chat, and email Utilize web-based tools and internal systems to research customer inquiries and manage cases from start to resolution Document each customer interaction clearly and accurately to ensure compliance and quality standards Required qualifications Must be a Michigan resident with a high school diploma or equivalent At least 3 years of customer service experience in roles such as call center, retail, or hospitality Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Availability to work shifts within Monday-Saturday, 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. Eastern time Comfortable with a structured remote work environment, including a distraction-free workspace and high-speed internet
