Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the facility, from production equipment to facilities needs. You will perform in-house work, including facilities tasks and sanitation support, alongside your regular maintenance duties. We seek reliable candidates who consistently show up and fit well with our culture for long-term success.Essential SkillsElectrical troubleshootingIndustrial maintenanceExperience with electric motors and VFDsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematicsUnderstanding of 3-phase wiring and servo motorsMinimum of 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experienceAbility to troubleshoot 480V electrical systemsAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with heavy mechanical repairs and overhauls (gearboxes, hydraulic pumps)Experience in a GMP/Food manufacturing environmentBasic PLC troubleshootingJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Hanover, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $72800.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 401K, full benefits such as vision, dental, and medicalWorkplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Hanover, PA.Application DeadlineThis position is anticipated to close on Sep 4, 2026.
