Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' history of substance use and related mental health challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that comprehensively address not just addiction but also underlying mental health issues, setting realistic and measurable goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices that are effective in treating substance use disorders.

• Educate and support clients' family members, promoting their involvement in treatment processes to reinforce support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We serve a diverse clientele grappling with various forms of substance abuse, including alcohol, opioids, and stimulants, as well as co-occurring mental health disorders. Our clients range from young adults to older individuals, requiring therapists who are adept in understanding the complexities of addiction across different demographics. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required to ensure a strong theoretical foundation for client treatment.
