Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

Psychiatrist Location: Latrobe , PA Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Compensation: $240,000+ annually (based on experience) Position Overview: Join a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to providing accessible, high-quality, and culturally sensitive mental health care to the community. We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to provide outpatient psychiatric services to both adults and children. You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff, allowing you to focus on patient care while maintaining an excellent work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: * Provide evidence-based psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment in an outpatient setting. * Manage a diverse caseload that includes both adult and pediatric patients. * Collaborate closely with primary care and behavioral health teams to ensure continuity and quality of care. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). * Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives. * Support the FQHC s mission of accessible, community-focused healthcare. Qualifications: * MD or DO from an accredited medical school. * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry. * Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration (or ability to obtain). * Commitment to serving a diverse and underserved patient population with empathy and professionalism. * New graduates are welcome to apply.
