• Coordinate and oversee quality care services during assigned shifts

• Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to maintain standards of care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care

• Support resident independence through restorative care practices

• Ensure resident comfort, safety, and emotional well-being

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately

• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and punctuality for assigned shifts

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management in a resident-centered care environment

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

• Passionate about providing personalized resident care

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Dependable with reliable attendance and professionalism

• Motivated to grow professionally within long-term care
