Expanding disaster Restoration Company is seeking a Construction Estimator for immediate hire. We are seeking to fill positions at our Wheeling, WV Office. Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Company car Competitive salary Free uniforms Health insurance Salary with bonus capabilities Company Vehicle Laptop Computer Cell Phone 401K with Benefits Responsibilities Inspect the property damage on site, including fire, water, wind, hail claims and other construction related damage. Prepare an estimate for the job. Negotiate with the insurance company. Sell the job to the property owner. Estimate and sell reconstruction jobs for properties damaged by fire or water for both residential and commercial properties. Qualifications Experience estimating all types of jobs using industry estimating software. Experience in the restoration industry is a plus. Must have ability to use computer estimating software and possess strong computer skills and construction knowledge. Experience in the industry is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
