Together, these communities create a rare, world-class alpine lifestyle defined by exceptional amenities, unparalleled access, and a deeply curated member experience.Position Summary:As a Greenskeeper at Marcella Golf Club, you will play an integral part in maintaining the high-level of standard that our members, guests and community expects when they visit Marcella. You will be part of a team that maintains the upkeep of Marcella Golf Club. Job responsibilities include:Performs general landscape maintenance using handheld equipmentRake and maintain sand bunkers.Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and hand mowing.Operates mid-sized machinery (mowers, rollers, blowers, aerifiers, sand pro, etc.)Prepares soil beds for sod, seed, and vegetative material.Involved with tasks related to course detail.Assists with golf course set-up procedures.Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas.Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.Performs other duties as requiredQualifications:Previous golf course greenskeeping work or landscaping experience is helpful but not required; training will be providedValid driver's license is requiredPositive attitude and a team-oriented mindsetMust be able to lift at least 50lbsAbility to follow directionsCompany Benefits:401(k) Plan with Company MatchGenerous Health Plan with HSA MatchDiscounts at Company-owned Resorts and Golf Courses
