- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to provide effective treatment options. \n
- Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, tackling a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to deliver holistic and comprehensive care for your clients. \n
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, while ensuring confidential handling of sensitive information. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the evolving mental health landscape. \n
As a Licensed Professional Counselor at White River Medical Center, you will primarily work with underserved populations, including individuals and families facing barriers to accessing mental health services. - Salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities. \n
