Job Description

A leading company is seeking a Lead Java Engineer to deliver the full lifecycle of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) services , including strategy, design, process re-engineering, and technology implementation.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and enhance CIAM solutions (50% development work )
2. Lead and mentor engineering teams (30% leadership )
3. Support adjacent teams on security initiatives (20% collaboration )

Requirements:

1. 5+ years experience in Java
2. Strong background in AWS, IAM, and security engineering
3. Proven track record in implementing SSO solutions
4. Proven ability to lead, prioritise and problem-solve effectively
5. Right to work in the United States
