Retail Staff Pharmacist | Fresno, California

Join a dynamic pharmacy team servicing multiple well-managed retail locations in the Fresno area. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work within a float team supporting a network of community pharmacies, with a work schedule designed for consistency and balance.


Location:

• Fresno, CA, including surrounding communities such as Parlier, Reedley, Sanger, Selma, Kerman, Orange Cove, and Madera.
• Occasional travel to Huron, Earlimart, and Mendota with mileage reimbursement.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Approximately 20+ shifts per month (3-4 shifts per week across multiple sites)

Responsibilities:

• Manage medium to high volume retail pharmacy operations
• Ensure accurate dispensing and patient counseling
• Collaborate with experienced pharmacy technicians supporting daily activities
• Utilize Rx30 software for pharmacy management
• Participate as a key member of a float pharmacist team rotating among several locations

Qualifications:

• Active California Pharmacist License
• Minimum 6 months of retail pharmacy experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Spanish-speaking ability is strongly preferred but not required, as pharmacy technicians offer Spanish-language support
• Reliable commute within a 30-40 minute radius of Fresno to service smaller communities
