Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position focuses on delivering speech-language pathology services to an elementary caseload, working closely with a supportive, onsite aide. You’ll work full-time with a group of 53 elementary students, providing assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring—all from a virtual setting.

Key qualifications and experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Ohio SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience with school-aged children, preferably elementary-level
• Previous virtual or teletherapy experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and technology skills
• Ability to collaborate with onsite aides, educators, and families

In this role, you will:

• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services virtually to elementary-aged students
• Collaborate with an onsite aide to ensure student engagement and success
• Conduct assessments and write individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain thorough progress documentation and communicate regularly with staff and families
• Support students with varying speech and language needs, fostering growth and confidence
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the educational team
