At The Manor at Elfindale , a Brookestone Rehabilitation community in Springfield, Missouri, we're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our therapy team. As part of the Vetter Senior Living family, our mission is to provide every resident and patient with exceptional care, meaningful connections, and the highest possible quality of life.
This position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping individuals improve communication, cognitive abilities, swallowing function, and overall independence. You'll work alongside a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team that is committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for the people we serve.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing needs
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services that support functional independence and quality of life
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, families, and caregivers to coordinate care
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment approaches as needed, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Educate patients and families on treatment goals, strategies, and ongoing care needs

Qualifications
- Current Missouri Speech Language Pathologist license in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care
