Leading complex federal pursuits, the full-time Capture Manager will take ownership of strategic capture efforts valued at $50M+, guiding cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies and engage with government clients, while working remotely or in a hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities Lead full-lifecycle capture efforts, driving initiatives from opportunity identification to contract award Develop mission solution integration strategies and translate DSA's capabilities into differentiated solutions for federal customers Engage with senior-level government clients and partners to influence acquisition approaches and secure strategic partnerships Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in federal business development or capture management with a proven track record of significant federal captures In-depth knowledge of DHS and Federal Civilian markets, including procurement processes and competitive landscapes Expert familiarity with federal procurement practices and tools, including opportunities identification platforms Bachelor's degree in Business, Government, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical capabilities into customer-focused solutions across federal markets
