Key Responsibilities: Operate concrete grinding and polishing machinery to achieve high-quality finishes. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, etching, and repairing as necessary. Select appropriate grinding pads and techniques based on concrete type. Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order. Collaborate with team members, effectively communicating on project progress. Perform quality control checks to meet project specifications. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications: Proven experience in concrete grinding and polishing. Strong technical skills with concrete finishing equipment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to handle manual labor and lift heavy materials.
