Why this role matters

Work trucks keep communities running. When an upfit stalls, you’ll be the on-site expert who restores hydraulic systems and related components so crews can get back on the job. Back at the shop, you’ll handle the heavier lifts—repairs, maintenance, welding, and fabrication—on units that return for service.

You will

• Deliver field service for auxiliary (after-market) mobile hydraulic equipment
• Repair, maintain, weld, and fabricate customer equipment in the shop as needed
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and 12V issues
• Create repeatable repair procedures to resolve recurring warranty issues
• Support the team with additional tasks and other duties as assigned

• Proven mechanical and hydraulic repair experience
• Customer-first approach and clear communication
• Welding and 12-volt electrical background (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Willingness to work non-traditional schedules based on demand
