Salary: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour plus SPIFFS

Residential HVAC Maintenance Expert

You know your way around a heat exchanger. You can diagnose a system fast, fix it right, and leave a customer feeling genuinely taken care of. That's exactly who we're looking for.

Handyside is hiring a Residential HVAC Maintenance Expert and we're not just filling a seat. We want someone who takes real ownership of their work and their customer relationships.

Here's what the role looks like: you'll diagnose and repair a wide range of residential heating and cooling systems, handle recurring maintenance visits, respond to on-demand service calls, and step up when emergencies happen. You'll do it all out of a fully stocked company van everything you need, ready to go.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to Diagnose and Repair residential HVAC Systems
• Trade Schooling Preferred but Not Required
• EPA Certifications Preferred but Not Required
• Knowledge of HVAC Equipment, Components and Diagnostics
• Must be a Team Player and Self-Motivated
  
• Excellent Listening, Written & Verbal Communication Skills
• Create HAPPY Customer Experiences with Your Professional & Positive Attitude
• Ability to Pass a Background Screening
