Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts (36 Hours/Week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting during night shift hours
• Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients requiring intensive nursing intervention
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float to additional units including Emergency Department Observation and Medical-Surgical as needed
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 18 months of ICU experience required
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating to Emergency Department Observation or Medical-Surgical units
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in high-acuity environments
