Food Service Lead Team Coach & Service Champion

Aramark in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Food Service Worker Lead at the Rapid City Correctional Facility to supervise the serving line, assist with food preparation, portioning, and ensure timely, quality service to customers.
You will lead the line, train teammates, maintain safety and cleanliness, and follow recipes and portion controls. This role requires strong customer service, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a busy kitchen environment with equipment and noise.
