Facilities Maintenance Manager
Birchstone Residential
Birchstone Residential is seeking a Service Manager to oversee physical operations and maintenance at a Birchstone community. This role leads regular and preventative maintenance programs, conducts inspections of exteriors and interiors, and coordinates service requests to ensure timely completion. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in maintenance with supervisory experience, HVAC knowledge, and strong leadership. Proficiency in Entrata and MS Office is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
