Project Architect

This role will work closely with project leadership, consultants, and clients to develop clear, buildable construction documents and keep project teams aligned through key milestones. The Project Architect will have direct exposure to principals and project leadership and will take ownership of project deliverables, coordination, and deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and advance projects through SD, DD, and CD phases with clear organization and accountability
• Produce and coordinate construction documents
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, civil, and specialty consultants to integrate project scope
• Lead internal coordination, drawing quality control, and milestone readiness
• Manage drawing updates, revisions, and document control
• Support client meetings and presentations with well-prepared materials and clear follow-up
• Resolve design and technical issues using sound judgment and documented decisions
• Maintain coordination logs, open-item lists, and deadlines to keep projects moving
• Lead teams throughout project development and delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Architecture degree or higher
• 5-10 years of commercial or retail architecture experience and leading teams
• Strong production and coordination experience on commercial architecture or interiors projects
• Excellent organization, judgment, and written communication skills
• Ability to translate direction into clear documents and next steps
• Proficiency in common architectural workflows
• Architectural licensure is a plus
