Home Care Aide / Companion Caregiver

We are a growing non-medical home care business dedicated to helping seniors and individuals with disabilities live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Our mission is to provide dependable, compassionate support that makes a real difference in our clients' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Help with errands and grocery shopping
• Medication reminders (no administering medications)
• Assist with hygiene, dressing, or mobility (as allowed under state laws)
• Escort to doctor appointments or community outings
• Maintain documentation and communicate client updates

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or personal)
• CNA/HHA certification is a plus but not required
• Must pass background check
• CPR certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Friendly, dependable, and respectful with excellent communication skills

Compensation: $24 - $40 / hour based on experience
