Buscamos Welding Fabricator Shop Manager (Jefe de Taller) que lidere la operación del taller metalmecánico y garantice la excelencia en los procesos de fabricación para nuestro cliente en Florida. Te unirás a una compañía respaldada por un fondo de inversión que está transformando negocios tradicionales en Estados Unidos, particularmente en el sector metalmecánico y de construcción. Tu misión será liderar el taller de fabricación de estructuras metálicas, asegurando la correcta ejecución de procesos productivos desde la fabricación hasta la entrega, con altos estándares de calidad y eficiencia. En este rol deberás: Supervisar y coordinar la fabricación de piezas metálicas (corte, soldadura y doblado). Liderar un equipo de aproximadamente 8 soldadores/dobladores. Asegurar la calidad de los productos fabricados y el cumplimiento de especificaciones técnicas. Garantizar el cumplimiento de tiempos de producción y entrega. Coordinar con equipos de diseño e ingeniería para la correcta ejecución de proyectos. Optimizar procesos dentro del taller para mejorar productividad y eficiencia. Velar por el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad industrial. ¿Qué deberías tener previamente? Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en el sector metalmecánico. Experiencia liderando equipos en talleres de fabricación. Conocimiento en procesos de soldadura, corte y doblado de metales. Nivel básico/intermedio de inglés y español (excluyente). Disponibilidad para trabajar en Palm Beach County (idealmente residir en la zona o en Miami). Competencias deseadas Liderazgo operativo y gestión de equipos. Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de tiempos. Organización y planificación de procesos productivos. Capacidad de resolución de problemas en entornos industriales.
