Admissions Cashier

Job Opportunity at Ocean Breeze Waterpark
No prior experience required. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Selling daily tickets, season passes, and other products in a quick and friendly manner
- Receiving payment by cash, credit cards, gift cards, and vouchers
- Proper handling, storage, and organization of credit card receipts
- Suggesting additional products to offer the best park experience
- Good cash handling skills
- Redeeming season passes and issuing RFID wristbands to season pass holders
- Following opening and closing procedures to maintain cleanliness standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees
- Providing superior guest service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
- Assisting customers with all questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark
- Following park policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to operate a computer and computer software programs
- Ability to count money and make change
- Approachable, outgoing and excited about suggestive selling
- Ability to accept guidance and supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership
- Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
Physical requirements:
- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time

We also offer a retention bonus of up to $500 for team members that average a certain number of hours per week during the qualifying time period and work through a specified date. Details about eligibility requirements for the Retention Bonus will be provided at a later date.
