Location Sales Representative – 820 Corporate Ct., Waukesha, Wisconsin 53189 Responsibilities Serve as the face of TruGreen, engaging homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn care solutions. Engage new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and positive energy. Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household. Turn “just looking” into “just signed” using a proven sales methodology and processes. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell with precision to show customers how to upgrade their lawns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but passion and hustle are valued. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills, able to handle small talk and closing conversations. Self‑starter mindset with solid time‑management skills and the ability to work independently. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors. English proficiency – must read, write, and speak fluently. Applicant must be physically located in the United States while performing the job.
