Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to establish individualized treatment goals focusing on movement facilitation and pain management.
• Deliver personalized therapy sessions for 1–2 patients per hour, employing a variety of evidence-based techniques and interventions.
• Regularly review and modify treatment plans based on patient progress, clinical outcomes, and evolving evidence to ensure optimal rehabilitation.
• Utilize WebPT for accurate documentation of patient care and progress, ensuring seamless communication with interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications to support rehabilitation.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and ensure continuity of treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At On Point Physical Health Therapy, you will primarily serve orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Our diverse client population ranges from active adults to senior citizens, allowing you to apply your expertise in managing different rehabilitation challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Active California Physical Therapy (PT) license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to patient-centered care and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic health record systems, specifically WebPT.
• Experience in rehabilitation of a diverse patient population is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
