Case Mix: Prostate, kidney, bladder, benign hematology

Support Staff Available: APPs, Pharmacist, Nurses

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Temporary Privileges Available: Yes
Credentialing Timeline: 60 - 90 days

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active NC license, Universal License (IMLC)
Board: BC/BE in Hematology Oncology
DEA: Yes
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Other Qualifications: CSR required, Clean background required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide outpatient medical oncology and hematology services.
Manage a patient volume of 15-18 patients per day, including new consultations and follow-ups.
Focus on prostate, kidney, bladder, and benign hematology cases.
Participate in a shared call rotation (24-hour and night call) with 9 other providers.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including APPs, pharmacists, and nurses.
