Job Description

· Log in and out packages as they are received
· Controlling and monitoring security cameras
· Controlling guest/vendor access.
· Review daily front office procedures and facilitate communication between
owner and maintenance team members.
· Able to handle emergencies
· Able to answer the telephone and speak clearly and professionally
· Capable of "diplomatically" enforce the Condominium Rules & Regulations
· Park vehicles
· Take parcels to units
· Rove the property
