Backed by private equity and operating across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, Avolution is building the team that will take the business toward becoming a billion-dollar global SaaS leader.About the RoleThe Pre-Sales Consultant helps prospects design their future-state architecture, providing the technical and solution consulting support that underpins successful sales cycles.As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for working with clients to understand their business requirements and designing solutions to meet those requirements. You will leverage your strong understanding of business processes, experience in designing and implementing solutions, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Solution ConsultingUnderstand prospect requirements and map them to Avolution's platform.Lead high-impact, customized technical demonstrations and ROI-based solution storytelling.Support business case development for prospects.Support Sales ExecutionJoin discovery calls to validate scope and build client confidence.Deliver demonstrations and lead proof-of-concept engagements.Respond to technical questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires.Partner closely with Sales Executives throughout the cycle.Host webinars & attend in-person events to promote the product.Collaborate across partner ecosystems to deliver innovative customer solutions.Contribute to Continuous ImprovementMaintain and enhance Pre-Sales tools, templates, and playbooks.Share market and customer insight with Product Management.Support onboarding of new Pre-Sales team membersTraining of partners implementing the tool.Strong documentation and handover discipline (pre-sales to implementation support).About YouExperience3+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or enterprise architecture practice.Strong technical acumen with the ability to architect, validate, and explain sophisticated solutionsComfortable presenting to technical and business stakeholders.Understanding of enterprise software implementation approaches.Experience leading technical demonstrations, pilots, or proof-of-concept engagementsUnderstanding of integrations with third party tools through our REST API.AttributesConsultative and structured problem-solver.Strong communicator across technical and business audiences.Collaborative and proactive.Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.Success Measures (First 12–18 Months)Strong contribution to sales cycle outcomes.High-quality solution designs and proposals.Positive feedback from Sales and prospects.Well-maintained Pre-Sales tools and playbooks.BenefitsYou will be part of a smart, friendly team and have additional benefits including:Remote working20 days annual leave + public holidays1 day of birthday leave per yearCompany paid sick leaveEnhanced paid parental leaveAll applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
