The posted compensation range of $58.98 - $78.67/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

Our new birth center offers next-generation comfort and technologically equipped care to support growing families with optimized experiences and outcomes. We have modernized our maternity services, including labor and delivery, antepartum, postpartum, and our 24-bed Level III NICU to create spacious, nurturing environments for the 2,400 deliveries and 500 NICU admissions we handle each year.

Positions can be found under National Resident RN (<12 months experience as an RN) or RN Transition/Fellowship (>12 months experience as an RN.

Job Requirements

Required

• California RN license
• 1 year L&D experience
• Basic Life Support - CPR
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program
• Fire Safety, within 90 Days of hire

Preferred

• Bachelors of Science Nursing
• 1 to 3 years of acute care experience
