Physical Therapist - Part Time Time Type: Part time Hours per Pay Period: 40 Shift: As Assigned Minimum: $44.84 USD Maximum: $66.55 USD (This represents the rate for an individual with significant experience in this job) Department: Physical Therapy Job Description Physical Therapist performs physical therapy evaluations, establishes plan of care to meet identified goals, provides treatments, evaluates effectiveness of treatments, and modifies plan of care as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Skills and Abilities Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location Effective leadership skills Proficient in organizing, delegating, providing education to patients, families, co-workers Education / Certifications / Licenses / Degrees Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Oregon American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) Experience At least one year experience as a physical therapist in acute care setting preferred General Information Union Affiliation: UFCW The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
