A full-service management company is seeking an experienced and polished Community Association Manager to oversee a luxury residential property in Sunny Isles Beach, Fl..
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes health benefits and paid vacation . The role also requires attendance at occasional evening Board meetings and participation in an on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
Position Overview
The Community Association Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a luxury residential property , ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high expectations from management, residents, and Board members .
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a luxury residential property
- Serve as the primary liaison between the management company, Board of Directors, and residents
- Ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations in accordance with company policies and Board direction
- Develop and manage the property’s annual budget and financial objectives
- Provide monthly financial and operational reports to the Board
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-control strategies
- Conduct regular property inspections and produce detailed reports
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, capital projects, and vendor services
- Maintain high standards of property appearance, functionality, and service delivery
- Respond to emergencies and participate in an on-call schedule as needed
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local and state regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Board members, residents, and vendors
Qualifications
- Required: Minimum of 3 years of community association management experience
- Ability to attend evening Board meetings as needed
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial knowledge, including budgeting and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Professional demeanor with a strong customer service focus
- Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, irrigation, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
