IT Project Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support a large-scale IT organization. You will be running project intakes, verifying requirements, assisting with leadership approvals, and partnering with stakeholders. After initial intake you'll be the sole Jira administrator to ensure proper communication with engineering teams. Many of the projects you'll oversee are tied to SAP. Being solutions oriented and a self-starter is crucial to success in this position.


This is a 6-month contract role operating on a hybrid schedule (3x onsite) in Broomfield, CO.


Pay for this position is between $40 and $45/HR.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in technical project coordination
Strong experience with Jira administration (boards, workflows, process optimization)
Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and project intake processes
Exposure to full project lifecycle (discovery through delivery)
Strong communication skills with ability to engage executive stakeholders
Proven ability to build, implement, or improve project processes/frameworks


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Agile / Scrum experience
Exposure to SAP programs or enterprise systems
Background in process optimization, governance, or PMO transformation initiatives
