Software Engineer III (Full Stack) US REMOTE (AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, MA, MD, NC, NJ, NH, NV, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX) About VivoSense VivoSense is a science and technology company specializing in digital health technologies (DHTs), including wearable sensors, mobile applications, and connected monitoring tools. We partner with pharmaceutical sponsors, healthcare providers, and academic groups to develop and deliver real-world digital clinical measures backed by rigorous scientific and analytic expertise. We are looking for an ambitious individual with a passion for learning new things and a self-starter attitude. The ideal candidate should be comfortable navigating an ambiguous environment, devising solutions that fit user needs, and implementing them. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve Collaborate to define key results (OKRs) and deliver them as a Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices in code health, quality, testability, and efficiency. Work with cross-functional teams—including Science, Quality, Product, and Business Development—to understand requirements and manage priorities. Partner with internal and external engineering teams to deliver features end to end, ensuring seamless integration and timely completion. Come up with technical solutions and designs for features, write design documents, and drive implementation end to end. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering discipline, or equivalent Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with remote, distributed Good understanding of cloud-native applications and enterprise application Strong grasp of programming, with fluency in Kotlin, Ktor, Kafka, and 3 to 6 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in system design and the effective use of AI for code generation Ability to design scalable systems and utilize AI-driven tools to improve code quality and productivity Experience working within a regulated Quality Management System, such as ISO 13485 or Ability to work in a small, fast-paced team Additional benefits and perks Unlimited PTO Board approved stock options Board approved annual bonus Direct access to senior leadership Healthcare Vision/Dental Life Insurance Professional growth training 401K with Safe Harbor employer contribution Remote work Flexible working hours VivoSense is an Equal Opportunity Employer and E-Verify participant. Salary range $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and location
